Mr. Vivek Menezes is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in AQS field. He is a co-founder of Harmony Environmental (HES) and as CEO & Managing Director is responsible for leading the company’s overall strategy and operations. He has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability through a focus on building stake-holder relationships and achieving better project outcomes by deploying innovative solutions to meet customer requirements. His leadership style is characterized by a commitment to teamwork, transparency, and accountability.

Prior to the incorporation of Harmony Environmental, Mr. Menezes was the CEO of Hamon Research Cottrell India Pvt. Ltd. and Director of Operations for Hamon India.

Mr. Menezes started his career with Hamon Research-Cottrell Inc. (HR-C) located in Somerville, New Jersey in 2002, working in Sales & Proposals, Project Engineering, Project Management, Process & Technology and Engineering over the next several years. He was eventually appointed Commercial Director at HR-C, a role in which he served until being tapped to lead the Hamon team in India in 2018.

Thanks to the variety of positions and products he has worked on in a career dedicated to AQS, Mr. Menezes has a deep technical understanding of AQS products, and of their commercial applications across the global industrial landscape.
