Your go-to provider for
Air Quality Systems

At Harmony Environmental Systems Private Limited we understand that economic productivity and growth are necessary, but believe that such progress does not have to negatively impact the environment we live in.. That’s why we offer a wide range of air quality solutions designed to support growing industrial requirements while protecting our environment. Our products and services include everything from ESPs, Fabric/Bag Filters and Hybrid Filter to flue gas treatment technologies such as Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD), Wet Gas Scrubbers (WGS). We use only the highest quality materials and equipment, and our solutions are tailored to meet your specific needs and requirements.

ESP

The electrostatic precipitator, with its countless possible applications, is to date the most economical method for the dedusting of gases. Firstly, it requires little energy compared to other systems and secondly, the maintenance and spare parts costs are very low. In addition, the lifespan of an electrostatic precipitator usually exceeds the upstream production equipment such as furnaces, boilers and mills. Since it does not add much pressure drop in the flue gas, retrofitting an ESP into an existing stream is possible without major upgrades to the fans or blowers and other equipment.

Fabric / Bag Filter

A Fabric Filter or Bag Filter is a dust emissions control device whose purpose is removing the dust contained in the exhaust gases from industrial process. Careful selection of the filter media ensures fabric filters can be applied to various applications with different temperature and type of gasses.

Strict dust emission limits or dust peaks can push the electrostatic precipitator to its limits. Certain dusts are also not suitable for collection in as ESP due to high or low bulk resistivity etc. In such cases a Fabric Filter can be deployed as the particulate emissions control device.

Hybrid Filter

A Hybrid Filter, as the name implies, is a combination of an ESP and a Fabric Filter. In this scenario the dust laden flue gas is first treated in one or more ESP fields before passing through the fabric filter section, which serves as a polishing unit. Since both ESP and Fabric Fitler sections are contained within the same casing walls this combination is called a Hybrid Filter. Hybrid Filters are usually the result of a partial conversion of an existing ESP into a Hybrid unit by converting the outlet fields of the ESP into a Fabric Filter.
