Harmony’s offers a variety of Fabric Filter
solutions including low pressure pulse jet (LPPJ)
systems and medium pressure baghouses. Both
designs are equipped with Harmony’s proprietary
control systems and are optimized to achieve
maximum collection efficiency while managing
bag life and system pressure drop.

Low Pressure Pulse Jet (LPPJ) Fabric Filters

The Harmony LPPJ Fabric Filter offers advantages in terms of constructability, operating costs, performance and ease of maintenance. It features

  • A unique ovoid bag and cage shape to optimize the ratio of volume to filter media surface area thereby using less pulsing energy from the cleaning air. The shape also allows for optimization of can velocities for improved collection.
  • The rotating three-spoke cleaning arm allows unobstructed access to the tube-sheet simplifying bag and cage installation, inspection and replacement.
  • As many as 1600 filter bags can be cleaned using a single pulse valve and one cleaning air tank, drastically reducing the number of electro-mechanical devices in the cleaning air system. As a result the cost and frequency of part replacement and maintenance is significantly reduced.
  • Low cleaning air pressure requirements allows for specification of high efficiency blowers instead of compressors.

Harmony’s Medium Pressure Fabric Filters are best suited for high efficiency, economical dedusting. It features

  • Circular profile filter bags arranged in rows to form a rectangular bag bundle. Each row is equipped with a dedicated, stationary pulse pipe for efficient bag cleaning.
  • Individual pule valves help optimize system pressure drop, minimize air consumption and extend bag life.
  • Longer bag lengths allow for better plot space utilization and lower installation costs as air-to-cloth ratio per unit area of plot can be maximized.
  • Tailored Design: Fabric Filters, customizable for various applications, ensure efficient dust removal and compliance with emissions standards.
  • Efficient Cleaning Mechanism: Periodic air blowing dislodges dust, optimizing filter performance and reducing maintenance costs for industrial plants.
  • Versatile Applications: Fabric Filters cater to diverse industries, including cement, coal, and biomass, ensuring clean air and regulatory compliance.
